Integrating the Agile and Experience Design Practices

While at Agile 09 last week, some of the best talks happened during Open Jam sessions, which are talks that anyone can give in the main lobby area, by simply commandeering a piece of wall space and having people pull up chairs. (Think ad-hoc unconference.) This is an Open Jam session organized by uber Agile coach David Hussman, with help from Jeff Patton, in which they did a fantastic demonstration of rapid story mapping, with Jeff interviewing David, who was role-playing as a Customer. The video starts after the story mapping session already is underway, and Jeff is going back and getting some clarification from "Customer" David. (Jeff Provides a recap starting around 3:48)

Thanks to Yasunobu Kawaguchi for getting this on video!
